Using Warlord's End

Powered melee hits weaken targets. A powered melee final blow creates a burst of energy that dramatically weakens nearby targets, and finishers or final blows against more powerful targets increase the burst's radius and how long the weakening lasts.

The effect is Weaken, applied by melee, so it suits a Warlock who fights up close. Flavor text on Felwinter's Helm refers to a quote from Lord Felwinter about needing eyes in the back of your head to survive.

Felwinter's Helm: source in the game

In the collections menu, the source line for Felwinter's Helm is exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops. Engram previews include the piece, and Rahool in the Tower is the one who decodes exotic engrams. Because of the one-exotic-armor rule, wearing Felwinter's Helm means no other exotic helmet, gauntlets, chest armor or leg armor can be worn at the same time.

Felwinter's Helm FAQ

Can a Titan use Felwinter's Helm?

No. It is exotic armor for Warlocks, and the game locks the helmet to that class.

Do finishers matter for Felwinter's Helm?

Yes. Finishers and final blows against more powerful targets increase the radius of the burst and the length of the weakening effect.

Do I have to pick a stat option for Felwinter's Helm?

No. None is the default; the other values ask for High Overall Stats (65+) or a 25+ focus on one stat.
