Stylostixis explained

Targets damaged by Arcane Needle explode with a suspending detonation when they die. If several needles, or Needlestorm, land on one target, the detonation fires immediately and is larger.

Defeating suspended targets gives melee energy, and your needles are strong against Barrier Champions.

Build notes

Arcane Needle and Needlestorm belong to the Strand Warlock and are also on Prismatic Warlock. Strand needs the Lightfall campaign, which requires the Lightfall expansion, and Prismatic needs The Final Shape.

The anti-Barrier property means the piece answers a Champion type without extra mods.
