Upgraded Sensor Pack: what the perk does

The perk provides radar while you aim and enhances your radar resolution while you are crouched. It visually marks targets, and marked targets with low health take more damage from you. All weapons get a small airborne effectiveness benefit.

Radar while aiming makes it a sightline perk, and the damage bonus applies to targets you have already marked. Lore text on Knucklehead Radar points to a joke that asks who would want to team up with a knucklehead.

Knucklehead Radar in today's loot

The collection entry of Knucklehead Radar has the source line exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops. The piece also appears in the exotic engram previews, which Rahool decodes in the Tower. A character can wear a single exotic armor piece, so with Knucklehead Radar on, the other armor slots have to hold non-exotic gear.

Knucklehead Radar FAQ

Can a Warlock put on Knucklehead Radar?

While aiming. Crouching on top of that enhances the radar resolution, and targets are visually marked.

What does High Overall Stats (65+) mean for Knucklehead Radar?

It is one of the Stat Options values. It asks for a copy with a high stat total, while the single-stat values ask for 25+ in one stat.
