Edge of Action is an exotic Void Glaive with Special ammo in the Energy slot, and this lot puts its catalyst on the glaive of your account.

Key facts

Weapon	Edge of Action, exotic Glaive; Special ammo, Energy slot, Void damage
Intrinsic trait	Edge of Action: melee and projectile damage charge the glaive, a full charge enables a special projectile attack, and projectile final blows create a volatile detonation and grant Volatile Rounds
Weapon perk	Remote Shield: with a full charge, the next shot deploys a protective shield on impact, and passing through it gives a Void overshield and better weapon damage
Catalyst perk	Repulsor Brace: a kill on a target carrying a Void debuff gives you an overshield
Catalyst objective	Insert the catalyst into the glaive
Catalyst source	Found in Vanguard, Gambit and Crucible activity

What the Edge of Action catalyst adds

The catalyst unlocks the Repulsor Brace perk: a kill on a target carrying a Void debuff gives you an overshield. Volatile Rounds and the detonation debuff targets with Void, which is exactly what Repulsor Brace is waiting for.

The intrinsic trait shares the glaive's name, Edge of Action: melee and projectile damage charge the glaive, a full charge enables a special projectile attack, and projectile final blows create a volatile detonation and grant Volatile Rounds. Remote Shield: with a full charge, the next shot deploys a protective shield on impact, and passing through it gives a Void overshield and better weapon damage.

Earning the catalyst in the game

The catalyst turns up in Vanguard, Gambit and Crucible activity. Unlike most catalysts it has no kill counter: its single objective is inserting it into the glaive.

What you get

Edge of Action catalyst, unlocked and delivered to your account, without the masterwork step.
Extras on the order form: Add Catalyst Masterwork and Self-play (Sherpa).

Requirements

Edge of Action already unlocked on the account, because the catalyst is slotted into that glaive.

How does the Edge of Action intrinsic work?
