What the catalyst changes on The Navigator

Once installed, the catalyst gives the weapon Gordian Knot: a special reload followed by a shot creates a Grapple Tangle at the targeted point. A Grapple Tangle at the aim point is a traversal tool as well as a combat one.

On The Navigator, Protective Weave works like this: firing at an ally grants Woven Mail to both of you, and the rifle deals more damage while you have Woven Mail. On top of that sit its weapon perks. Weft Cutter: sustained damage severs the target. The other fixed perks on the weapon are Full Bore, Light Battery and Composite Stock.

Earning the catalyst in the game

The catalyst is handed out by a secret encounter inside Ghosts of the Deep. Its objective is to defeat 700 targets with The Navigator and to play that secret encounter once more.

What you get

The Navigator catalyst, unlocked and delivered to your account, without the masterwork step.
Extras on the order form: Add Catalyst Masterwork.

Requirements

The Ghosts of the Deep dungeon has to be playable on the account; it needs the Lightfall Dungeon Key.
