Eyes of Tomorrow: what the catalyst does

The catalyst adds two perks. Demolitionist: kills generate grenade energy, and using your grenade reloads the weapon from reserves. Blast Distributor: splash damage grants a bonus to the Grenade stat. Multi-target volleys feed both perks, since splash damage and kills are what they react to.

The intrinsic of Eyes of Tomorrow is Eyes on All: tracks and fires at several targets at once. Adaptive Ordnance: defeating four or more combatants with a single volley boosts the next volley and refunds ammunition. The other fixed perks on the weapon are Smart Drift Control, Alloy Casing and Fitted Stock.
