What the Wish-Ender catalyst adds

The catalyst unlocks the One for All perk: landing hits on three different targets raises damage for a while. Piercing arrows reach several targets in a line, which sets off One for All easily.

On Wish-Ender, Queen's Wrath works like this: with a fully drawn bow and aiming down sights, combatants behind walls are highlighted and arrows pierce shields; strong against Barrier Champions. On top of that sit its weapon perks. Broadhead: a piercing arrowhead damages the target on entry and exit, so one shot can overpenetrate several targets. The other fixed perks on the weapon are High Tension String and Anti-Taken Fletching.

Earning the catalyst in the game

You earn this catalyst inside the Shattered Throne dungeon, as a random drop. The objective counts 500 targets defeated with Wish-Ender. Progress shows on the catalyst's record in the Exotic Catalysts section of the Triumphs screen.
