The catalyst adds two perks. Killing Wind: final blows grant mobility, range and handling for a short time. Envious Assassin: kills made with your other weapons before you draw The Last Word move reserve ammo into its magazine, even past the normal limit, depending on how many targets fell. A hip-fire gun that you draw after other weapons is exactly where Envious Assassin pays out.

Fan Fire is the intrinsic of The Last Word: fires full auto, and hip-fired shots deal bonus precision damage while also raising reload speed and accuracy. Hip-Fire Grip: more accuracy, stability and precision targeting when firing from the hip. The other fixed perks on the weapon are Corkscrew Rifling, Accurized Rounds and Textured Grip.
