What the catalyst changes on No Time to Explain

The catalyst unlocks the Blast from the Side perk: projectiles from the time portal fire more often. The time portal is the rifle's signature, so shooting it more often changes the weapon the most.

Rewind Again is the intrinsic of No Time to Explain: precision shots, and shots against combatants slowed or frozen by Stasis, return to the magazine. Feeding Frenzy: each rapid kill progressively increases reload speed for a short time. The other fixed perks on the weapon are Fluted Barrel, Accurized Rounds and Time-Slip.

How the catalyst is earned in the game

The catalyst comes from the Exo Stranger after the Beyond Light campaign is finished, and its objective counts 700 targets defeated with the rifle.
