Catalyst perk	Vorpal Weapon: extra damage to bosses, to vehicles and to any Guardian whose Super is running
Catalyst objective	Defeat 700 targets with Malfeasance
Catalyst source	Found in Vanguard, Gambit and Crucible activity

What the catalyst changes on Malfeasance

The catalyst unlocks the Vorpal Weapon perk: extra damage to bosses, to vehicles and to any Guardian whose Super is running. It also adds range. The slug bursts already hit hard, and the catalyst points that damage at bosses.

Explosive Shadow is the intrinsic of Malfeasance: tainted slugs burrow into combatants, and stacking enough of them makes the slugs explode and stun survivors; strong against Unstoppable Champions. Taken Predator: bonus damage against Taken enemies and Gambit invaders. The other fixed perks on the weapon are Corkscrew Rifling, Extended Mag and Heavy Grip.

How the catalyst is earned in the game

In the game the catalyst is a drop from Vanguard, Gambit and Crucible playlists. Its objective is 700 targets defeated with Malfeasance. Progress shows on the catalyst's record in the Exotic Catalysts section of the Triumphs screen.

What you get

Malfeasance catalyst, unlocked and delivered to your account, without the masterwork step.
