Where Lustrous armor comes from now

Bungie retired Solstice in Update 9.7.0 and moved part of its rewards into the Monument of Triumph. The Tenet of Bravery sells a Solstice Armor Engram in Tiers 1 to 5; each holds one random tiered armor piece from the 15 Lustrous pieces, and the engrams are paid for with Legendary Marks, which Monument triumphs and Legendary Orders pay out. Tier 5 is the top tier of the current gear system. The Titan pieces are Lustrous Helm, Gauntlets, Plate, Greaves and Mark.

Set bonus and archetypes

Wearing two Lustrous pieces activates Photogalvanic, which improves flinch resistance, handling and reload for Solar weapons for a short time after you receive healing. Four pieces activate Cauterize, under which rapid Solar final blows heal you. Each piece also carries an archetype that sets its two main stats: Bulwark, Gunner, Specialist, Paragon, Brawler or Grenadier. The form offers Any archetype, one of the six, or Specify to a Pro, where you tell the pro which archetype you want.

What you get

The Default Lustrous set for a Titan: the full set, or only the pieces you tick (helmet, gauntlets, chest, legs and mark).
One Armor Archetype choice for the order: Any archetype, one of the six, or Specify to a Pro.
A Self-play (Sherpa) extra and Normal, Express or Super Express speed.

Requirements

A Titan character to receive the set.
The Monument of Triumph, which Bungie says stays in the game indefinitely and is open to all players.
