What Sturm does

Accomplice is the intrinsic trait: a final blow with Sturm fills the magazine of the Energy weapon you have equipped, taking the rounds from your reserves.

Storm and Stress ties Sturm to its partner Drang. Final blows with Together Forever weapons reload Sturm and overflow bonus damage rounds into its magazine, and final blows with those bonus rounds raise the magazine capacity of the Together Forever weapons.

The parts are an Extended Barrel, an Extended Mag and a Combat Grip.

Catalyst and where it is sold

The catalyst, Helping Hands, builds and stores charges from bonus-damage final blows so that you can swap and stow Sturm and Together Forever weapons at a much higher speed. The catalyst record asks you to defeat enemies while both Sturm and Drang are equipped.

The weapon belongs to the Red War group in the Exotic Archive at the Tower, where Exotic Ciphers and Glimmer buy it.

In the parts list the Extended Mag greatly raises magazine size at the cost of reload speed, and the Combat Grip straightens recoil.
