How Vigilance Wing works

Harsh Truths gives the rifle a five-round burst. When an ally nearby is killed, you gain health regeneration and move faster.

The exotic frame, Last Stand, improves weapon performance and greatly increases recovery when you are the last living member of your fireteam.

The stock parts are Corkscrew Rifling, an Alloy Magazine and a Composite Stock. It uses Primary ammo, so Last Stand and Harsh Truths shape how it plays more than its reserves do.

Source and catalyst

The source line is Exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops, and the Cryptarch decodes Exotic engrams into gear.

The catalyst, Ensemble, speeds up reloads and improves handling while allies stand close, and its record asks for Crucible defeats with the rifle and Blood for Blood medals. The lot lists obtaining and masterworking it as extras.

What you get

Vigilance Wing (Exotic Pulse Rifle) added to your account.

Vigilance Wing FAQ

Does Vigilance Wing help solo?

Last Stand is tied to being the last living member of a fireteam, while the five-round burst from Harsh Truths works in any activity.

What does Ensemble need?

Allies nearby, which is the opposite of Last Stand.

Is the five-round burst optional?

No. It is part of the intrinsic trait Harsh Truths, so every copy of the rifle fires it.

Which slot is the rifle in?

The Kinetic slot, with Kinetic damage and Primary ammo.
