What Transfusion Matrix gives you

Final blows with Arc melees trigger health regeneration and fully restore a melee charge. Melee hits also grant Arc melee energy, so each hit you land works toward the next melee.

Both parts of the perk key on Arc melees, so it belongs on an Arc-based melee build. The blurb printed on the piece points to a BRAINVAULT product label for a Cranial Dreadnought of the Invincible type.

How to get An Insurmountable Skullfort

Exotic engram previews show the piece, and decoding those engrams is Rahool's job in the Tower. An Insurmountable Skullfort FAQ

Who gets the perk of An Insurmountable Skullfort?

Titans. The piece is locked to that class in the game data, so Hunters and Warlocks do not see it as wearable gear.

What does a melee kill restore with An Insurmountable Skullfort?

An Arc melee final blow starts health regeneration and gives back a full melee charge, so the next melee is ready at once.

Can I ask for a specific stat on An Insurmountable Skullfort?

Yes, through Stat Options: Health, Melee, Grenade, Super, Class or Weapons, each at 25+, or High Overall Stats (65+).
