The Spheromatik Trigger perk in detail

Powered melee final blows unleash a damaging explosion. Finishers and final blows against more powerful targets increase the radius and damage of the explosion.

Like other melee-trigger perks, it rewards a Titan who keeps closing in, and the size of the blast scales with who you finish. The item's flavor text refers to a loop that repeats until a collision and then severed fission.

Where to find Severance Enclosure

Exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops are the source line in the collection entry for Severance Enclosure. Rahool decodes the engrams in the Tower, and their previews name the piece. The game allows a single exotic armor piece in your loadout, which means wearing Severance Enclosure switches off any other exotic armor you equip.
