Banshee's Wail

Holding block revs the blade. A revved Sword deals more damage, gains shield-piercing on all its attacks, and collects stacks whenever revved attacks land. More stacks mean stronger heavy attacks and more damage resistance.

The exotic frame, Tireless Blade, returns Sword ammo for every other powered Sword kill, and Revved Consumption heals you when you damage a combatant. The blade and guard are fixed as Jagged Edge and Enduring Guard.

Lost Lament

The source in the game data is the Lost Lament Exotic quest, set on Europa. The lot lets you pick the full quest or a list of its steps: 3 Dead Exos Scanned, Giant Exo Found, Sword Kills Completed, Exo Challenge Done, Vex Finishers Completed, The Glassway Strike Completed, E-15 Bunker Cleared and Reforging the Past Mission Done.

The catalyst adds Burning Ambition: sustained damage scorches the target, and damage to a scorched target inflicts more scorch.
