Anarchy Catalyst

Dealing repeated damage with Anarchy inflicts Jolt on the target, and while you are amplified Jolt lands faster.

That fits the launcher's Arc Traps intrinsic, where grenades stick to surfaces and chain Arc bolts between mines: the catalyst turns repeated hits into a spreading Arc effect. Update 9.7.0 also made the armed traps last longer, raised their damage against combatants and gave Anarchy Impromptu Ammunition in place of Moving Target.

The catalyst record asks you to defeat targets with the catalyst's weapon and describes it as found in Vanguard Ops, Gambit and the Crucible. Two June 2026 guides also name a drop from Insurrection Prime in the Pantheon as a further route.

Anarchy itself is sold through the Exotic Archive at the Tower, where older Exotics cost Exotic Ciphers and Glimmer. Exotic Ciphers are earned in reward tracks.

What does Jolt do?

It is the Arc debuff that damages and spreads between nearby enemies; Jolting Feedback applies it after repeated damage.

Do I need Anarchy first?

Yes. The catalyst only fits Anarchy, so the Exotic must already be on the account.

What damage type is Anarchy?

Arc, in the Power slot with Heavy ammo, as a Grenade Launcher; its Impromptu Ammunition frame makes final blows raise ammo meter progress for a short time.
