Bastion Catalyst

A melee hit improves the rifle's handling and tops the magazine up a little from your reserves.

Bastion's intrinsic, Saint's Fists, fires three spreads of force and rewards a successful melee hit with more damage, a shorter charge and a faster reload, so the perk gives a reason to land a punch between volleys.

The catalyst's record asks for defeats with the catalyst's weapon and describes the source as Vanguard Ops, Gambit and the Crucible. Update 9.7.0 added it with the Monument of Triumph catalysts.

Bastion itself sits in the Exotic Archive at the Tower, where the older Exotics cost Exotic Ciphers and Glimmer. The lot offers the finished catalyst with an optional masterwork. Exotic Ciphers, which pay for Archive items, are earned in reward tracks.

Bastion's Liquid Coils battery trades a slower charge for higher damage.
