What Relentless Tracker gives you

Hit a powerful combatant or Guardian with an ability and your weapons of the same damage type deal more damage for a while. Defeating that marked target with damage that matches the element creates an Elemental pickup.

The ability hit marks the target, and the matching-element kill is what pays out the pickup. The blurb printed on the piece points to a short line that says it sees you.

How to get Foetracer

For Foetracer the collection entry names exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops as the source. Exotic engram previews show the piece, and decoding those engrams is Rahool's job in the Tower. Equipping Foetracer counts as your exotic armor piece, since the game allows one exotic piece of armor per character at a time.

Foetracer FAQ

Who gets the perk of Foetracer?

Hunters. The piece is locked to that class in the game data, so Titans and Warlocks do not see it as wearable gear.

What kind of target does Foetracer react to?

A powerful combatant or a Guardian hit with one of your abilities. Defeating that marked target with matching damage creates an Elemental pickup.

Can I ask for a specific stat on Foetracer?

Yes, through Stat Options: Health, Melee, Grenade, Super, Class or Weapons, each at 25+, or High Overall Stats (65+).
