Wish-Dragon's Talons explained

You gain an additional charge of Frenzied Blade. Frenzied Blade and Flechette Storm briefly increase their damage with each strike, so a string of hits ramps up.

Pulses from your Banner of War give melee energy back, scaled by how many allies they heal.

Notes

Frenzied Blade, Flechette Storm and Banner of War are Strand Titan abilities. Strand requires the Lightfall campaign, which needs the Lightfall expansion.

Because Banner of War is the support source, the gauntlets reward fighting beside teammates.

A longer string of Frenzied Blade hits stacks the damage bonus higher, so staying in melee range is what the gauntlets reward.
