Devil's Ruin Catalyst

Once installed, the catalyst gives the weapon Collective Action: grabbing an elemental pickup or breaking a Tangle starts a stacking damage bonus, and throwing a Tangle lengthens it. Firesprites count as elemental pickups, so the sidearm feeds its own catalyst bonus.

The intrinsic of Devil's Ruin is Close the Gap: final blows create Firesprites, and picking one up enables a high-powered Solar laser mode that is strong against Unstoppable Champions. Pyrogenesis: the Solar laser scorches targets and ignites them when they are defeated. The other fixed perks on the weapon are Extended Barrel, Projection Fuse and Combat Grip.
