The Wish-Keeper Catalyst is the upgrade for the Strand Exotic bow of the Starcrossed exotic mission in Destiny 2. On the current shaped bow it takes the form of a refit, and you tick the refits you want.

Key facts

Catalyst	Wish-Keeper Catalyst, applied through shaping or reshaping
Refits	Enduring Snare, Multi-Threaded Snare, Vorpal Weapon, Hatchling
Source	Exotic mission Starcrossed (Pinnacle Ops)
Mission setting	The Black Garden, against the Sol Divisive
Bow	Wish-Keeper: Exotic Combat Bow, Strand, Primary ammo
Retired quest	Wishing All the Best, in the Year 7 Content Vault

The four refits

Enduring Snare Refit: Snareweaver traps last longer.
Vorpal Weapon Refit: a damage bonus versus bosses, vehicles and any Guardian running a Super.
Hatchling Refit: a precision finisher, or a quick run of kills, drops a Threadling where the target stood.
Multi-Threaded Snare Refit: Snareweaver traps can suspend more targets.

How the catalyst is obtained

The record says to apply any catalyst to Wish-Keeper through shaping or reshaping, and it names the mission Starcrossed as the place where it is acquired. The mission sends you into the Black Garden against the Sol Divisive, with Riven's blessing. Bungie moved the Year 6 quest for the bow into the Vault, while Starcrossed itself remains among the available exotic missions.

What you get

Select The Catalysts: any of the four refits above.
Extras: Obtain Wish-Keeper if you do not own the bow yet, and Self-play (Sherpa).

Requirements

Wish-Keeper in your Collection, or the Obtain Wish-Keeper extra. Exotic missions are Pinnacle Ops for up to three players; some depend on an expansion, so the manager checks yours.

Wish-Keeper Catalyst FAQ

Can I take more than one refit?

Yes. The order form lets you tick any of the four.

Do the refits change the bow's element?

No. The bow stays Strand.

What does suspend mean for the traps?

The Snareweaver traps hold nearby targets in place, and the bow's Silkbound Slayer trait pays bonus damage against suspended targets.
